Refrigerator Oats

Let’s Get Started!

Ingredients Needed

  • ½ c rolled oats
  • ½ c coconut milk
  • 1 T pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp hemp hearts
  • Couple sprinkles cinnamon
  • ½ banana sliced
  • ¾ c berries of choice


Add to bowl, mix and enjoy.

Option: Place in ball jar without fruit and allow to sit in the fridge overnight. Throw fruit in in the morning and carry to work. It’s faster than stopping at a drive through.


Oats- for fiber and fullness.

Seeds & Hemp for AM protein to stimulate metabolism for the day (fat burning).

Berries for anti-oxidants to fight cancer & protect arteries.

Hemp for Omega-3 fatty acids- to boost the immune system.

All together- the body says “umm…”
