Pricing Policy
Mediation
Ms. de Klerk’s hourly fee is $300.00 per hour at the time of services rendered. Unless otherwise agreed upon, this amount is equally divided between the parties. Ms. de Klerk accepts cash, check, and/or credit card.
Consultation
Ms. de Klerk’s hourly fee is $250.00 per hour at the time of services rendered. Ms. de Klerk accepts cash, check, and/or credit card.
Cancellation
There is a $300.00 cancellation fee for notifications less than 24 hours in advance that will be assessed against the party that cancelled the mediation. In the event that the cancellation was mutual, then the fee will be equally assessed between the parties. Said fee must be paid within 10 days of cancellation.
